User friendly, Ready-to-use picowell chips (20µm well diameter, 200.000 wells/cm2) are pre-loaded with coloured feature barcode beads, digitally scanned and image analyzed and beads counted with an AI model. The chip is provided with the AI created spatial map of the beads and wells. User can simply place the tissue cryosection on ready-to-use chip and start the permeabilization and library preparation.
